GRISELDA SANTILLAN RN, MSN, FNP-C

Griselda Santillan was born in Laredo, Texas and is a 1993 graduate of United South High School.

She received her Associates in Applied Science with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Laredo Community College in 1996. She then worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over ten years when she decided to start her nursing career.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M International University in 2002. Upon her receiving her Registered Nurse License, she began to work at a Laredo Area Hospital in the Medical-Surgical Floor as a Charge Nurse. Meanwhile, she continued her studies at Texas A&M International University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2006.

She began to work as a Family Nurse Practioner at a local Physician’s clinic, specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatric care.

She joined Gastroenterology Consultants of Laredo in 2009 as the Physicians Hospital Nurse Practioner, where she was welcomed with open arms and feels she has found a home.

Griselda is the mother of three amazing children and all her spare time is dedicated to her family and friends.
